FREE Friday :)

If you know me well (or probably at all), you know that there are few things I love more than a bargain. and one of those few things would be something that is FREE! I always have my eyes peeled for a deal and 2 fridays ago, i found a few. 1) Free Starbucks drink. Drinks don't have as much appeal for me as they do to other people, but when it's free i'm not complaining. Especially on a 95 degree day in Tennessee humidity. We can walk to our local Starbucks, and although that doesn't mean much for me, it does for my sister Amber and for that reason alone, it makes me happy. So, this particular day, Beckham and I set out in the stroller to score our free drink. No purchase required, mind you :).

2) After hitting up Starbucks, we strolled on over to Earth Fare. I'll pause for a moment to say how much I love this grocery store. On first glance, it is way too expensive for my taste. I'm more of a Trader joe's "kind of girl", but as we've waited for the TJ's in Knoxville to open (only 17 more days!!!!!), I have grown to love Earth Fare for it's fabulous DEALS! For instance, when you sign up for an account online by providing your email address, you get a FREE chicken! You better believe I was going to get my bird. Plus, after signing up online, you get sent coupons and freebies every week!

3) Cow Appreciation Day. I love Chick-Fil-A. Love it. So, when an opportunity for free chick-fil-a approaches, I'm all over it. like spots on a cow. literally. :) Like I said, I love a deal....but not when it comes at the cost of something else, like buying a cow costume. Nope. I just cut out some black spots from construction paper, taped them on white shirts, and voila! We walked to Chick-Fil-A in our garb and thoroughly enjoyed our free meals--all 3 of them!

All these freebies in one day! i was "freelin'" it.
